I am at the exact same weight this morning as yesterday, which is 4.4 pounds down from beginning SP on Jan. 14. I ate a good breakfast, and walked for ten minutes. I think that's all I'm going to exercise today because I put in a lot of exercise time yesterday and am sore and tired. Time for a rest day.
I am contemplating lunch. Should I have tuna salad? Or a bowl of Progresso Chicken Noodle soup? Or should I reheat pork chop/rice/California vegetables from last night's dinner? At least I have options. I have to shop again tomorrow. I found these frozen veggies (California Blend) and the whole bag only has 35 g of sodium. The brand is Season's Choice. I will definitely get them (or other varieties) again.
It's a journey, and I'm glad to be on it. I keep anticipating June 1, when I should have lost 30 pounds. How will I look? What size will my clothes be? How much more energy will I have? This keeps me motivated.
