    Really? I didn't know that about Fitbit. Mind you I just ORDERED my fitbit a few days ago. I have not gotten it yet.

Yes, do not jut focus on the weight. Those non-scale victories are amazing. Are you feeling better? Clothes fitting a little better.

    Try to focus on something other than weight. Are some of your exercises getting easier? If your walking are you going faster or further. Weight loss only one component of getting healthier. emoticon emoticon
