Walk/Jog 5K

I am actually EXCITED about my walk/jog workout I'm going to start on Sunday. Me? Jogging (even for just a minute or 2) now that's amazing. Small victory!!!!

    Happy walking/jogging. I go out with my dog as well. If your dog is anything like mine he will keep you moving!! emoticon
