For the past 3 years, my mom and i have been participating in the Live Healthy Iowa 100 Day Challenge. This year we have invited my sister-in-law and have decided to make our own long term challenge, to continue to live a more healthy lifestyle for more than 100 days. We would like to invite anyone that would like to participate to subscribe to this blog and join us on our journey to a healthier lifestyle.
The Challenge: Starting Feb 4th-Dec 31st
The first part of the challenge is to log at least 30 mins of physical activity 5 days a week. Every 2 weeks(Monday Mornings) we will have a weigh in and post progress in lbs lost. You can also post any other progress you would like such as lost a pants size or lost _ inches.
The second part of the challenge will be to post a monthly goal for yourself such as quit drinking pop or eat more fruits and veggies.
