Day 4: A good check-up!

Despite being a difficult day still, I was able to complete the big Publication wall which the important Prof has deemed "excellent", much to our relief.

And afterwards, with a quick trip to the Optometrist's, I have learned that my eyes haven't changed in the last two years. Although I still need a new pair of glasses because I was clumsy and scratched a lens with a metal ruler. So, perhaps a pair of hipstery glasses are required in celebration!

In other news, Sparkpeople is telling me I should be eating 1400-1700 calories per day, which is less than the 1500-2000 I was giving myself. I hope that this change was made to help me reach my 299 lb goal for mid-May or perhaps my 199 lb goal for July 2014. I am also setting myself a target of cardio to 1500 cals/week, hoping to start to lose the 2 lbs/week...

This feels good.
