Keep on keeping on

Nothing too exciting to report. My power was back on by the time I got home last night. The client dinner went well, I stuck to my plan for the most part, although, I did have one glass of white wine and a small coconut macaroon and a 1x2 inches sliver of brownie. However, it was within my calories for the day, I checked right how many calories I had remaining before I walked into the restaurant and tried to measure and count in my head until I left and could record them properly. I'm counting this a victory.

Worked out this morning as usual and taking a morning break now to post.

    Great job tracking the dinner! I know some people cut out things like desserts entirely, but I think it's good for personal sanity if you allow yourself some fun stuff too. Since it was within ranges, it's all good! You did a fantastic job! emoticon

    I tell myself all things in moderation.. or I'll be feeling like I'm dieting for life! (Though, I do think it's safer not to have some things on hand, but if your going out like this, what a perfect time to try a little something different...) emoticon
