I was happy with the numbers on the scale this week. I lost 1.2 pounds. That's about 4 pounds in 3 weeks. I'm on a roll. Now I've gotta keep it rolling. I'm on the slow track, but that's ok. If I only lose 1 pound a week I know it's real fat that I'm losing, and not just water weight. See ya lighter!
