Since it's a new month I'm going to start again. My plan as of right now is to start exercising TODAY! I'm going to start walking atleast 30 minutes a day at a good pace. After the month is up I'd like to try the C25k program. I'd really love to be able to run so I'm going to try. my new goal is to be at 150 by my birthday. I don't know if that's attainable or not but I'm going to try and any progress made along the way is better than nothing. Gonna try and stay motivated this time!
