Wow February already! I'm amazed Jan went so fast. Since last month went pretty well i'm encouraged to make some pretty tangible goals for this month.
Goal - lose at least 6 lbs, hopefully closer to 8-10
Goal - hit the gym at least 4x/wk
Goal - drink 80 oz of water every day
Goal - keep sugar intake close to nil (except naturally in foods)
