Mission to ONEDERLAND & 26.2 miles are my goals for 2013!!!
My goals per month are to lose 7lbs and 1260 minutes every month.
January I wasn't completly in my groove, lots of "life" stuff going on, but hey that is part of it..
January results :
Goal 7lbs~~~~~~Actual 5lbs
Goal 1,260 minutes~~~~Actual 1,088
I really want to step up my activity for February and do daily blog reports. I am participating in 2 challenges that start in February!
~ Done Girls seasonal challenge on the Sunny Gals team
~Lose 7lbs (at least)
~1,260 Fitness minutes
~ Spin 3x a week
~Follow half marathon trainig schedule
~ walk the "kids" dog & baby girl 2.0 miles(at least) every AM
~start 30 day shred
