I've been off the wagon again for a little while, really through the holiday season, but now I'm back! I'm off to a decent start, although I have been over my calorie limit a couple times. I still have the physical limitations, but I am using a stationary bike and doing seated exercise videos. Thanks SP!! I also use a walker to do some standing and squats and things. I hope that my balance issues will clear up as my muscles get stronger. I am finding more and more motivation as I read posts from other members who also face challenges. Thank you to all who have the courage to share your struggles.
