I have been trying to make this year work for me...I was 2 lbs short of my goal for January so I figured I still have personal training sessions left I might as well get back into it. I went wednesday I love the trainers because they really do push you harder than you would yourself. The issue is....They push too hard....It is been 2 days and I can barely move my arms..I am SOOOOOOOOO sore I cannot even make my arm straight without screaming in pain. Now I explained I havent strength trained in a long time so he already knew this was going to hit me hard. So now I am at work walking around looking like a TREX with my arms bent and close to my body because I cannot function properly. Anyone have any recovery tips I looked online for Delayed onset muscle soreness and only found a couple of tips. I am trying to stretch and ice my arms any other tips would be greatly appreciated.
