My Pedometer Obsession...

Friday, February 01, 2013

I have worn my pedometer for 3 years faithfully (during this past summer I wore it into the ocean and was without it for 1 week so I just gave myself 10,000 daily steps). My daily average for 3 years is 21,936 steps (789,706 steps divided by 36 months equals 21,936 daily average). Thus...I do have a pedometer obsession. Wonder where I would have walked to from Elyria Ohio??? emoticon

You may have an obsession, but at least you're keeping your weight under control. Congratulations, Roxanne!

I also love your profile picture my dogs do the same thing. They are all happy to go on a car trip. And in the waiting room. When it is time to go back and see the doctor. They forget how to walk.

I would say you do......so do I. At the moment my son is into losing weight and getting fit. He walks for miles every day which means hes using my pedometer. I had no problem with that while I wasnt well.....but Im feeling better so hes soon going to be pedometer-less.
