I feel a little bit better today. I am not short of breath or anything, just feel drained. My muscles hurt, and I have a minor headache.
I read Chasing Fire last night, which is Book 2 of the Hunger Games. Took me about 5 hours, so I got to bed at 4 a.m., and slept till 10 a.m. I am having breakfast right now, then my 90 minute walk at the gym, and I plan to get a nap this afternoon, continue to rest. Every time I go to the hospital, it is mostly what they do anyways. They keep me 2 days, have me sleep, eat horrible food( none on day 1 ), and watch 4 channels of TV. Maybe that's the secret to good health. Boredom, and starvation.
I'm up a tick on the scale, but not concerned. I am eating on plan, and with weigh-ins daily, it happens. Anyways, that is my plan. Do nothing but eat and exercise, and hopefully work through this
