So I'm kicking off my day with a great start. Already through with my morning workout burned 180 calories that mean I still need to burn 120 tonight after work. But that shouldn't be a problem since I plan on doing just dance for about 30 min tonight. I'm a little sore today after doing a p90x video yesterday but not as bad as before so that must mean I'm getting stronger right lol. It is amazing how my body is starting to change. I'm starting to see muscle they are small but still it counts! lol.
I'm so proud of my mom she has already lost 4 pounds! She is really getting serious. She brought home a star fruit yesterday. I can't wait to try it since I have never had star fruit before.
So we have decided to tell my son about disney lol. But I wanted it to be special when we told him so I arranged for Mickey to call him tomorrow morning and tell him about a special trip. I can't wait to see his face when I hand him the phone and Mickey Mouse says hello, lol. Then we will carry him to cracker barrel ( his favorite ) and see if he can guess where we are going on our trip this summer. I can't wait he will be so excited lol. Let's just hope I can get in shape before the trip.
So I thought I'd start putting a picture on my blog for well just because I want to to be honest. So here ya go.
Ok so here are my 3 things to work on and 3 happy things.

1: Burn 300 calories a day
2: Get new job
3: Snack healthier
THINGS I'M HAPPY ABOUT
1: Sunny day outside
2: A call from Mickey tomorrow
3: That I am not really sore today ( just a little lol )
