Here is a new study that show a reduced risk of developing ALS for people who eat their brightly colored fruits and vegetables.

Since brain-wasting diseases run in my family, I will do ANYTHING to reduce my risk. So I play mind-teaser games, exercise and eat my veggies. I have been working on increasing to nine servings of fruits and vegetables on the strength of Dr. Terry Wahls' remarkable progress with her MS.

    Good for you! I try to start each day with a bowl full of berries - and then keep it colorful all day long. Granted, some days are more colorful than others, but I seldom have white on my plate these days. You are rocking it!
