Here is a new study that show a reduced risk of developing ALS for people who eat their brightly colored fruits and vegetables.
Since brain-wasting diseases run in my family, I will do ANYTHING to reduce my risk. So I play mind-teaser games, exercise and eat my veggies. I have been working on increasing to nine servings of fruits and vegetables on the strength of Dr. Terry Wahls' remarkable progress with her MS.
Of all the things I do to be healthy, eating a dish of berries each evening is definitely the most enjoyable!
