New Month, New Opportunities

There's a song that I like that says "sometimes you have to encourage yourself. As it's a new month and with it comes new opportunities, I have another chance to get it right. My goal this month is to lose 7.3 lbs. I now realize that I have to incorporate some form of exercise in to my plan to see the results that I want. I also have to drink my water, which for some reason has been a challenge for me lately.

This morning I got off to a good start. I got in a 15 minute workout before I left for work today and will get another 15 minutes of exercise in before the end of the day. I will also implement walking up and down one flight of stairs each time a walk the floor on my to the rest room. Al this is to improve my physical being.

For my financial wellbeing, I'm implementing a No Buy Month this month to get another perspective on my spending. I'm not trying to be rich, just want to live comfortably. There's a lot I want to accomplish during the first quarter of 2013 and I feel that I'm off on the right track!

    I too am stepping up my exercise..And a long time ago I found out when I'm shopping even for groceries to ask myself "Is it a want or a need"..and if not a need I usually wait on purchasing..found I saved a bunch this way..Good luck on your endeavors.
