well I gained 2 1/2 pounds last night !! ERRRRRRR !! I think I am doing well. I tracked my food and exercised 6 days. I did plan for a splurge day and ate pizza one day and did have one night of snacking. wow did that do all that damage ??? Its frustrating because I have lost and gained the same 2 or 3 pounds now a total of 3 times. Is this a form of plateau or is this me letting things get too lax ??
I am going to try this week to be very diligent and go back to the basics that I did in the beginning of my weight loss last march. I really would like a 2 or 3 weeks in a row weight loss !!
I know I know the scale is NOT the only measurement but it does let you know that your body
may NOT be on board with you .
I am still here and I am still fighting and I will really watch every bite the next week and see if maybe that makes a difference and I WILL NOT GIVE UP
Mainly because I AM A DONE GIRL !!

doesn't my silly body know that I am SERIOUS about this....... EASTER is coming and
I really really really WANT TO wear a new nice dress !!
