I have collected a bunch of workouts for February and started them today! My first time working out in probably a year. WOW! It was sure hard, but it FELT. SO. GOOD. Exercising really is addicting. After the first routine I planned, I wanted to do more and looked for others so I could really have that great, exhaustive feeling in each part of my body. It was a thrill! I'm quite sore already, but am pumped up to find other exercises to add to my bunch for the coming weeks!
