My February Goals Are:
~~Water Intake - 240 glasses
~~Fitness Minutes - 2500
~~Vitamins/Supplements 5 x per week
~~ Treadmill 4 x per week
~~10,000 steps a day at least 5 x per week
~~10 Flights of Stairs every day (at least)
~~Read 3 x per week
~~ Read to Amara 3 x per week
~~Weigh in once a week
~~Measurements near end of month
~~Do the Phoenix Zoo Walk this month
*** I did "okay" on lasts months goals.
I met my water intake (270) and fitness minutes (1600) goals. In fact my fitness minutes were off the chart - I reached 2789. Woohoo!
I did not take my vitamins/supplements everyday - I did do my wheat grass at least 5 times a week. I did do my measurements - eeeeeek. I did not walk beyond our normal dog walking daily. I did read for myself, but not my daughter - need to step that up.
I am getting better and better about my steps and flights of stairs goal. Having a Fitbit One is such an amazing motivator. I absolutely love it and would recommend everyone to get it.
