I am proud that I moved, in a jogging fashion for 30 minutes today! According to the tracker I used I cover just over 3.5 miles! emoticon emoticon
Sleep is an amazing thing. Training last night was long and dare I say much like everything NYS is doing these days, useless. At least the pager was quiet. I have another twelve hour tonight. Praying it stays quiet.
Since the scale is not a real reflection of how things are going, I decided to take some measurements. I have lost two inches in my waist, and small amount everywhere else, not quite an inch in hips and thighs. However, when dancing or wogging I have to pull up my pants!! During basketball practice, I kept having to stop and roll the waist band. Woo hoo!!
Even though I cannot seem to make a weight goal, maybe a new pair of yoga pants are in order.
So all in all things are progressing!! Maybe the saying the slower it comes off the longer it stays off. I am no spring chicken anymore, lol....

Still psyched about moving (running in circles around furniture and such, with a toddler on my heels) for 30 minutes!! Yay me!!
Get moving and keep moving... February is here, spring is only a few weeks away! Then Summer, maybe this year will be the year I buy a suit and use it.
