slow and steady!

I lost 15 lbs in 2012, and I sure worked hard! I would be depressed if that was all. Last Jan I had 4 month infant, I couldn't get up off the floor without help, I couldn't do a sit-up, I couldn't do a push up, I was suffering from pregnancy induced sciatica, I was still visiting my physical therapist. I had lost a lot of mobility in my right leg, it was even skinnier! Today I can bounce out of bed, do sit-ups and push-ups, touch my toes and kick-box. Its been a great year, with lots accomplished. I can hardly wait to see what '13 brings!

Oh, and my son is 15 months, and is running around a lot more, too!

    Wow! Hopefully my math will improve this year, too! My son is 17 months old!

    Gosh that doesn't sound like fun at all. The hard times make us cherrish the good though, eh? Keep active and healthy! That goes for your son, too. :)

    I do 10 miles a day walking and jogging. A lady asked once, "How do you do it?' I replied, "One step at a time!"
