I lost 10 pounds in January, but didn't make my goal of 220. That's okay. I'll make it in February, for sure.
I'm still drinking smoothies, but not being as diligent in my paleo eating. It's pretty hard to stay away from grain 100% of the time. Going to buckle down and work harder this month.
I signed up for my very first 5k, the Color Run. I'm team captain of Team Awesome Springfield :) We ordered Awesome socks off Amazon to wear during the run. Myself, 3 friends, my daughter and their daughters are running together.
Started the 5k training this week as well. I'm not much of a runner, but I found a great program that breaks you in easy on the running thing. I could walk forever.
Feeling healthy, feeling happy, have been working on getting enough sleep nightly too. I think that is making me feel better too.
