Right Side - Sprint Shoot
Left Side - Spring Shoot
Functional Wood Chop Swing - Red Tubing
Right Side - Standing Windmill 2X7.5
Left side - Standing Windmill - 2X7.5
Cross back Lung with Discs
Right Side - Single Leg Sliding disk Lunge with Bicep Curl -7.5
Left Side - Single Leg Sliding disk Lunge with Bicep Curl - 7.5
Right Side - Single Leg Deadlift - 7.5's
Left Side - Single Leg Deadlift - 7.5's
Tricep Overhead Extension - Red tubing
Rear Delt/Back/Core Combo - tubing
Prone Total Body Complex - 7.5
Sit Up/Push Up Combo - Holly crumb...these were tough

So, I haven't been on the scale...mostly out of hate for it...but my hair dresser noticed my weight loss and my husband noticed. And I noticed my clothes are changing their fit. Which is the best feeling...especially since they were tight when I first started this in September. Now, they hang and the legs are long. Love it. My hoodies have more room and are so comfy. Got to love that, too!
So, my hard work is paying off and one of these days, I'll brave the scale. Meanwhile, I'll just keep going what I'm doing and see the results.
Back to work. My partner in crime isn't here today....
