Why does your room look like a tornado hit it?

Any fly ladies have probably been asked that at some point in time. I know I have.

I could answer:

"That't not my room. It's a giant jigsaw puzzle."

"You never put up the storm windows."

"I was practicing search and destroy missions."

"Didn't you say this house was a national disaster?"

"I had a brainstorm."

What would your answer be?

    I always wondered what the aftermath of a tornado looked like... The only pictures I have ever seen were taken outdoors. You know Mom, the uprooted trees, flipped cars, toppled buildings. I never knew that it could mess up a room and not damage anything else.

    I love the freedom that sometimes being messy gives me. Grew up with a hyper-clean/neat freak, so I guess I went the other
way. Not to an extreme, but just so I don't
feel a slave to housework.
