emoticon After losing 90 pounds in 2011 I am starting my journey again~~not quite as bad as originally but 50+ pounds gained back. I am so happy that I lost 8 pounds this month and facing the fact that this must be a lifelong journey. I thought I had this firmly planted in my mind before. No excuses~~bad choices!! Back to good choices and a healthy life. So glad Spark is here for me.

    I know Mona...somehow it doesn't seem fair! The foods we like to eat seem to be high calorie etc!

    The kept the majority of it off, GF, and that's good. You are excellent at losing weight too and that helps. But you are right and it has to be a way of life and not a "diet". There is no end to healthy eating and living.

  I think so many of us think it is not that hard to keep lost weight off. I personally think that is as hard as losing it.
