I have been MIA a little this week because I have been sick and I'm on Day 5 of this headache from hell! So I haven't worked out at all this week and haven't had a regular day of eating either. I'm slowly starting to be able to eat little bits at a time. I did lose 2 lbs based on my own efforts (woo) and then an additional 3 from my lack of eating so who knows if those will stick around but we shall see. So quickly, here are my stats from January, keeping in mind that I did not start until the 2nd week of January.

I definitely notice a difference in my arms, my abs, not so much. Can't wait to see what February holds!
