I am in that pattern I always fall into. I am a rock star until 2 pm! One egg, one piece of sprouted bread toasted, one tangerine, tea for breakfast. Light salad with protein for lunch. Then the flood gates open and I'm insatiable. Is not boredom or emotional eating-I'm downright stomach rumbling hungry. I need to get more healthy options within view in the fridge. That's my goal for February-buy, and ea, hummus and carrots.
