Day 26 - January Jumpstart

Yesterday was first full day home, and our home welcomed us with comfortable arms. We both enjoy traveling, but we've done a ton of it and it's always so nice to come home. And.... we still like this house better than anything we looked at while we were gone. Some hard decisions are in our future. Our reasons for moving are aged 2 to 18. We're just too durn far from everybody.
It was wet and cold where we were, but I did manage one walk late at night, and got 7 hours of sleep every night, only missing one day of exercise, but wasn't doing nearly enough. Had to get up this morning and work for my husband, so didn't get enough sleep.
Sloth is my enemy now. Do NOT want to get out an walk.
This was the last 5K I did. Now it's my goal again. Note the different sizes between me and our Weight Watcher coach. She did a 5 mile run BEFORE she walked with us. Yet, she was also formerly overweight.
1) Did you get at least 7 hours of sleep last night?
2) Exercise at least 10 minutes a day
3) Nothing to eat after 8 p.m.
