Realistically I know I won't be 135 lbs like I was hoping for but maybe I can and will aim for mid 140's I lose the weight when my body moves and I eat heathy food shouldn't be to hard right? ;) gotta work for it and try to like my body, I look at my shadow and previous picture and I know I was bigger then I am now but I see all the flab in front of my tummy and then I feel like ev1 is staring at that one spot. Where are all these emotions coming from and how do I view myself as a skinnier woman when I'm not at the healthy BMI yet? ??s keeping me up at night/ early am

    Try not to get discouraged. This journey never ends and you will always have ups and downs throughout the learning curve. And even though I am at a healthy BMI and I eat healthy for the most part.........some days I splurge and go crazy. The good news is now I go right back onto my plan and healthy eating.
You can do this.
