Week by weak...

Friday, February 01, 2013

Another week down... hooray for almost finishing the 1st trimester... maybe my body will let me start eating again!! This past week has been hell, and I find myself asking myself "What am I doing?!?!?!" LOL

Saw my dr this week, and because my morning sickness has been so bad and Im so tired from not being able to keep anything down, i completely forgot to ask him how many calories I should be eating, and what i can do for excercise. I guess I can always call right?!?!?

This tired mama is off to finish the work week... hopefully my clients lost some of thier energy over night... 4 year olds... pffft LOL

I hope you feel better soon! I just got into my 2nd tri & it's like night and day compared to the 1st...for me anyway. Hang in there!

    Oh, I forgot!

I've heard this amount from a variety of sources: about an extra 350 calories a day during the second trimester (not as much as we want, unfortunately, though I remember there were days that wasn't all THAT much!)

LOL. I totally understand - I always forgot to ask my questions at the doctor's office. I'd sit there and think, "I had a bazillion questions, what were they??" I might try to stall her for a minute or two while I racked my brain, then I had to give up. I think I wound up talking to her nurses more than my mother! Thank goodness for the nurse hotline! I would apologize and preface questions my first trimester with, "I know you get this a lot, but . . . " or "I know I'm just a paranoid first time mommy-to-be, but . . . " :) Hope you have a fabulous Friday!
