welll helloooooo February!
whew that first month was both a LOOOONNNNNGGGG one and it went by quick. is that possible??
well now it's February so it's time for some new monthly goals and day 1 of the month updates. we'll keep this short and sweet.
Current weight (2-1): 168.4
Goal Weight (2-28): 160-165
Body Fat %: (1-15): 33.5%, 113.4lb lean mass, 57.0 lbs fat mass:
Goal: decrease body fat % (ANY DECREASE IS GOOD): weigh in: Tues. 2-11: will update at the monthly 1/2 way mark. only doing this check every 4 weeks.
Fitness Minutes: 1200 minimum
Bible Reading: have read: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Matthew
Goal: Read Mark, Deuteronomy, Joshua, Judges, Ruth
Bucket List: rock climbing
Goal: line dancing or ride a horse or take a photography class
strength train at least 2 times per week
That's it! those are the goals for the month. I'll update half-way through to stay on track!
