I hurt my shoulder in the beginning of January so I didn't work out for the whole month other than walking the dog. I was so ready to start body revolution on monday but it started hurting really bad again. I talked to the doctor I work for and he thinks i have small tears in one of the tendons (not the rotator cuff thank god) so he wants me to use these anti inflammatory patches and wear a sling as much as I can.
I need to get back in shape and lose weight but now I can't do any upper body stuff so no body revolution. i almost cried when I talked to him, i'm so mentally ready to kick @ss and my body is holding me back.
I don't know what to do for workouts and weight loss! help!
PS I don't run because of terrible shin splints and I don't have a gym membership. this is why i LOVE dvds!
