February, is for showing that lesson has been learned.


LOSE A STONE! -----Yes that sounds like a fools optimism. Given my progress so far.
But I can do it. I am heavy enough to lose at that pace.
I just need to be on the plan. EVERY day.

LEARN 280 new croatian words.

COOK a new recipe at least once a week.

GET MOVING, with some kind of excercise. Every single day.

    In the end. I failed miserably at achieving these goals.
    I have gotten into a better routine though, and I have decided that I don't nee dto be so desperate to achieve my weight loss goal.
    It will all add up. I just need to keep on trying day in and day out.

    Ok I was nuts, thinking I could lose a stone in 4 weeks!
    I have finally got into a good groove, with my diet and exercise.
    A moderate one, that I know I can sustain.
    I'm feeling alot better, in myself. :)

    Did a little better today. Not within my calorie range. But all the food was good food. I said no to pastries. A small win.

    Bah. The first day of feb, hasn't gone so well.
    I have a scary meeting next week. I'm worrying about it. All the time.
    I did ok during the day. Then last thing at night. When I wasn't even hungry. I buried my head in a bucket of carbs.


    I think if I had logged everything during the day.
    Then I wouldnt have gone so crazy.
    Knowing how much I was going over, would have put a stop to me.
