Spark Coach Challenge

Today I was challenged to share my goals publicly. Since I don't have a support group locally I will share them here.
My long term goal is to get back to 130 and 28% body fat. That goal includes cooking healthy, exercising by doing things I like not just gym stuff.....I don't go to the gym buy have an exercise room in my house with my balls, bands, weights and videos.....and learning to love myself and believe I am a good person worthy of living a great life.
My short term goal is to get down to 185 by my birthday. That's about 2 pounds a week or a little less. At that weight I will definitely needs some new clothes.....LOL....Until then I'll wear suspenders if i need to.
This goal includes learning to do something kind for myself at least once a week. This can include a hot fudge sundae at TCBY on my shopping trip to town and NOT feeling guilty. Budget the calories and know that I chose frozen yogurt instead of full fat ice cream!
I believe the weight loss and eating and exercising will be the easy part of my goal. Learning to love/like myself will be the big challenge. So onward I press.
