So, January wasn't the success I thought it was going to be. It started out great, I got through th first 10 days just fine. I was on plan, I exercised, I was down 5 lbs, all was going as planned. But then 11 days in, on a Friday, we craved pizza. And despite the pizza hut website being down and all signs pointing to "DON'T DO IT!" we still drove TO the pizza hut and ordered...$40 worth of stuff. And that set us on a downward spiral for the rest of the month. Luckily, I ended up not gaining overall.
So here's the breakdown:
January 1: 283
February 1: 282
Total loss for January- 1 lb.
It's time to get serious. No more eating out. I don't need it, I can't afford it, it's not that good, and it always makes me sick.
February is the shortest month of the year, but I intend on making it have the biggest impact!
