I am so glad that today is a new month. I sure don't know what happened last month but I ended up weighing more at the end of the month than at the beginning. I did not reach the weight loss goal I wanted for that month, which is entirely my fault, but I'd be happy to blame it on someone else if I could. Thankfully this is a new month, dubbed "Fresh Start February". To reach last months missed wight loss goal I only need to lose 2.75#. That is not an unrealistic amount for the next four weeks. Game plan-less diet soda, more water. Track, Track, Track. Be conscious and honest in what I shovel into my face. How difficult can those three be!
