I have been a slacker for the past two months--
No keeping track of vital statistics.
Poor workout habits and lack of consistency.
Poor eating habits and lack of consistency.
I have 172 DAYS remaining until my ONE YEAR plan will come to an end. I have a long way to go and less than half a year to get there.
It is time to get back to my routine and good habits--nutrition and fitness!!!
TODAY IS THE DAY.
DAY 172 AND COUNTING BACKWARDS.
