I didn't make my January goals but this is a new month and i am more determined.
Eating goals:
1. Track everything
2. Eat 5 to 6 fruit and veggies a day (did well on this in Jan)
3.Eat healthy snacks
4.Journal my eating habits(started out well but didn't finish)
Exercise Goals
1. Do the walking challenge (12 weeks)
2. Do strength training 3 times a week
3. get 8000 steps every day
Spiritual Goals
1.Have a quiet time
2. Memorise James 1:1-18 ( almost I did James 1:1-15)
Other Goals.
1. Scrap book My Christmas pictures
2. Declutter the kitchen (Did this)
3. Lose 4 pounds
