Thursday - Turbo Fire (Week 6, Day 2 5K to 10K)

I didn't work out at all yesterday. I could barely keep my eyes open once I got home from work (an 11 hour day).
I was short in my calories for the day by almost 300 calories.
I got all of my water in for the day.
Day 3 of 4 for workouts for the week!
