So today is the first day of my biggest loser challenge and I am feeling confident. My current weight is 222 and I am hoping to get down to 200 by the end of this challenge.
I am glad to start this challenge because I think it will keep me motivated to eat more fruits and veggies and work out. Last month I focused on not having NO JUNK FOOD for 21 days but I can honestly say I don't crave french fries now.
I am hoping that after this challenge I can crave salads and fruits and veggies, that would be ideal. I am wanting to try baked cauliflower tonight and over the weekend mashed cauliflower thanks to my friend ARIABOO10. She is the one who gave me the recipe.
Well I feel like I rambled on.. was never good at these things.... but glad I have something I can look back over once I am done.
