Its amazing I have only lost 10 pounds and 1 inch off my waist but I am defiently seeing a difference. I have more energy than I did last year and I feel like I even look happier even though there isn't much change. I know I could still face set backs but I am not going to let them get me down. I can't wait to see what the next 10 pounds gone feels like.
