Friday is always my busiest day in work. Which is why I wanted to make Fun Friday. For my fun today I'm going to be learning the Gangnam Style dance. Now, originally I wanted to do the one that Cassey at Blogilates does but after watching it I decided it was a bit too advanced for me. This looks like it will be a lot more within the realm of my ability. And I can't wait to try something new.
I didn't manage to get my workout in yesterday. And if I don't hurry with my blog I may not have time again today. Food went really well yesterday!
Because today is the first of the month I'm starting a few different programs. The first is the "Eat Better, Feel Fitter" Challenge. The first week seems super simple. There are three things to do, Discover my calorie range (1,480-1,830), Consider mini meals, and Learn how to earn your trophy. Really looking forward to the challenge!
Speaking of watching what you eat, a friend of mine directed me to a series of videos of an episode of Dr. Oz which talks about dangerous things in our food. Ok, maybe not so much my food, because I'm fortunate enough to live in the EU, but this is something everyone should watch no matter where you live. www.doctoroz.com/videos/
The weather this weekend isn't looking great. But I'm still planning on going on my walks. They might just be shorter than I intended. I'm not going to blog again until Monday. So have a good Super Bowl weekend and make good choices!
