Today the weather is overcast and about 70 degrees Farenheit. It rained last night and I checked the forecast for the day and it says cloudy but does not indicate rain.
Well my mood is like the weather. I feel tired, can't seem to get enough sleep although I go to bed by 9p.m. i have a conference call at work this morning and I have a submission to complete and submit by 5 p.m. My tiredness has affected my exercise schedule - I've not done one day of exercise. My son has practise this evening, so since I have to muster the energy to stay awake and out until his practice is over, I guess I spend that time exercising.
I did okay on the nutrition tracker. My calorie max is 1500 and I tend to do between 1800 and 2000. So my goal for Jan was to bring it closer to 1700. I made a D this week help pull it to a D. So for Feb. the goal is to bring it to 1500 to 1700. I am cutting portions rather than substituting foods at the moment. Adding more vegetables and soups.
