Water Water Im drowning in my water

Friday, February 01, 2013

This is not as easy as I had lead myself to believe but Im pushing along today Im gonna talk about water we all need water but for me I hate the taste of water I think Im allergic to water. I am doing my best to get all the water in but I have a few things to share this is gonna be ugly so for the weak at heart let me go ahead and warn you Im gonna be blunt.
I HATE WATER flavored water, regular water, filtered water, tap water, beach wate, salt water, shower water omg alll I see now is water in everything.
I drink the water then I have to pee which makes exercise difficult any solutions would be really taken and used on this one.
But Im doing it I have a goal in mind and if drinking water helps me get to it so be it thats what I will do.
Today Im gonna be on the raquetball court I cant wait to see how I like that oh did I mention sweat water?
Yep we all need water but getting that water is hard but if your having the same problems that I am just keep going and one day we will swim together to the finish line after all we will have drunk enough water to fill an olympic size swimming pool

What helps me, is drinking it iced, and in a glass with a straw. I can drink while I walk, while I am at the computer.... I have it with me all the time.

That said, and yes water is important, but we also get water from our foods. And water from other drinks.... it all counts. But Yes Keep Drinking your water! ha

    emoticon Thanks for sharing!
