I have not been on this site for some time, a couple years possibly. But, I am now returning to continue my weight loss journey. Over the past month, I know I have lost some weight, my pants are too big now, but I'm not sure how much. I'm getting batteries today so I can weigh myself on the Wii, the only scale I have. The one change I have made is I am taking a 64 oz cup of water with me to work and drinking that throughout the day. Most days I come close to drinking all of it. I am hoping that I can lose many pounds throughout this next year.
