So, now that I have several weeks of data I know what my new plan of action must be.
I burn about 2000 cal/day or 14000 cal/wk
I can eat 1500 cal/day or 10500 cal/wk
This gives me a deficit of 3500cal/wk!!! AND that's if I don't work out at all! If I workout I can eat more! So excited!
