Good morning! I have been up since 5am planning my day, meals and exercise. Well..that's not WHY I have been up, just what I've been keeping busy with. It snowed yesterday afternoon/evening not adding up, but a dusted covering of cars, pavement and grasses and boy was I worrying about being able to walk today! Great to see the results this morning: I can walk to my appointment today/a.m! Pretty sure that we are going to Pittsfield today to 1)pay the rent at our management office and 2) buy yarn for a baby set that mom is crocheting. Yes, I said "buy yarn"! Forget the fact that there are 3 bins of yarn-yes, 3 bins in the basement storage locker! That is all the "wrong" yarn for doing this set..Go figure! I will need to squeeze in walking/moving every minute that I can so that I will reach my goal of 10,000 steps! I really hate when I have to figure it in! What ever happened to a life that I could just schedule exercise into? Do you have that sort of life? Do you work a 9-5 job with gym time easily fit in? Does anyone, really? In a perfect world...right?
This morning brought thoughts of how I think that I could simplify my weight loss journey. Yeah-right..."simplify"...that just isn't even possible, is it?Yeah...it is...setting daily goals, right?
