Made it to the gym yesterday. Yeah!!! Did legs, shoulders, abs, and 30 minutes of cardio. Lost weight from yesterday. Feeling better today and slept well last night. Am going again today. Today will be chest, tris, abs, and cardio for 30 minutes.
