After my disaster with running, I was pretty down. I put on 4 kilos since October and I REALLY don't know why. Perhaps it the medication I stopped in October - It had an pleasant side effect. But as my liver funktions are not so good, Its not an option to start again.
But I though: ok, I'm going to get fit again. I WILL be fit in summer.
And I attended a ZUMBA Class in my gym.
35 Women and 3 men. 1 was the instructor.
75% of the women did only very little movements.
And had been covered in sweat after 10 minutes.
I really jumped and get off the floor and - guess what? I did pretty well. I was a bit damp, my HR was maximum 145 (my hr for sport is between 140 - 170, if I run and sprint even 180, I had a lactate measuring 2 years ago, so thats fine) and I did not have any arching muscle after.
today I will attend a strengthening class - and I will be covered in sweat after 5 minutes. Believe me ;)
